Matt Hardy, 36-yr-old Professional wrestler, is facing a driving while impaired charge in North Carolina after running off the road and hitting a tree in his 2009 Chevrolet Corvette. According to the state trooper on the scene, Hardy was unscathed after his car struck a culvert and a tree. The trooper claims that Hardy had not been drinking but clearly had taken some type of impairing substance and he agreed to a blood test.
